Emmanuel Coste Coste Architecture directs the Agency since 1997. Mobilized for sustainable development, it applies to the majority of its projects the principles of high environmental quality (HQE ) and renewable energy . In 2006 , the photographer Yann Arthus -Bertrand asked him to study and make a home for his passive emission Vu Du Ciel . Presented to the public in July 2007 , it is called "The Good House ". In 1996, he won the 4th session of the Europan competition , with an urban project in Aubervilliers (93). He had already been awarded in 1994. He then decided to install an agency in Paris. He produced various projects for municipalities throughout France . Since 1998 he is involved in the quality process architects and acts as consultant to the Construction Quality Agency . Since 2000 , he developed a real specialty in aquatic facilities design ( public swimming pools , spas and leisure centers ) based on eco- architecture. After several remarkable achievements, it is now one of the recognized architects in this area. Architect consultant for the MIQCP (Interministerial Mission for the quality of public Constructions), he is involved in the defense of the architectural quality. The BIM of gold received in 2014, confirmed his dual expertise architecture and digital mockup.
