In the REMAVERT eco-district of Reims, COSTE Architectures proposes a new concept for residential buildings with very high energy performance.
Easily convertible to BEPOS (positive-energy building), the building is designed on a passive-house base with active GAP façades.
The façade detailing, designed as floor-by-floor banding, preserves the compactness inherent to passive design while allowing structural set-backs to shelter terraces.
