Eco-responsible design is a strong element of how we approach every project, always favouring "common sense". "The most effective energy saving is not to spend any": a principle that suits needs, uses and people's satisfaction alike. Preserving natural resources, the appropriate use of resources, energy and skills, user satisfaction, their well-being and our concern for the future of our environment — in the broadest sense — lead us to an architectural and functional approach which, beyond the brief alone, aims to deliver the most appropriate response.
The environment is a fundamental key: each project is carried out with deep reflection on its environmental impact, from design to management. For the Aqua Belle Dune site, it therefore seemed wise to address the following fundamental points:
• Pursuit of more environmental principles for energy resources,
• Architectural harmonisation with its environment through biosourced materials with a low or neutral footprint.
• Reflection on the "life" of the facility: I swim — and I also eat there, I swim there, I work there, I unwind there, I find a space to work during family activities…
• Use of biological water treatment
