Programme Construction of the sports complex in the L'Arsenal eco-district, comprising 1 sports pool 525 sqm with movable floor, 1 learner and leisure pool 215 sqm, 1 30 sqm water lagoon, 300-seat sports-pool stands, a catering area, a wellness area with hammam, saunas, jacuzzi, cold plunge, massage showers, balneo pool, Finnish terrace with outdoor sauna, banja, Nordic bath, jet showers, pool solarium, 1 gymnasium with competition court, training court, PPG room, parquet room, dojo, table-tennis room, stands, club-house, accessible roof terrace with sports fields, 250 m running track, athletics areas, and surroundings.
HQE reference: highly demanding targets — centralised technical management, relationship of the building with its environment, bioclimatic design, energy and water management,
water quality, hygrothermal comfort, digital boiler, rooftop rainwater retention beneath the sports field, natural-light distribution
via fibre optics. Hydraulic performance: 90 litres/bather. Total annual consumption: 2,500 kWh-FE/sqm of pool surface/year. Annual gymnasium consumption: 50 kWh-FE/sqm/year. Maintenance period: 12 years with energy-performance commitment. Coated stainless-steel pools.
