Project overview
Project overview:
Construction of 32 BBC low-energy homes in "villa" buildings + 54-space underground car park.
The team set out to deliver a quality facility, suitable for a highly varied population:
- Functionality and home comfort have been prioritised,
- A careful balance of apartment types making it possible to satisfy a wider range of buyers (families with children looking for gardens or not)
– Choice of 4-room (T4) units on the ground floor or first floor
– Young couple without children: 2-room (T2) or 3-room (T3) units with terrace
a compromise between city and countryside: the "little house" on the roof.
The privacy of the apartments is preserved, but does not prevent the homes from opening to the outside; the south-facing terraces are protected by sliding brise-soleil panels on rails, allowing residents to arrange them as they wish.
Optimising the project's environmental quality remains a constant objective within the design team. It corresponds to new working methods, integrating technical engineering as early as possible in the design process. The combined set of objectives allows this facility to meet BBC standards.
