Project overview:
The aquatic complex is composed of an outdoor pool, an indoor leisure pool, a toddler pool, a balneo/spa and fitness area.
Integrating the project through its plan and through its siting on the site: the plot sits at the back of an alignment along the avenue and leans against the railway line. These two strong landscape axes are therefore the support points for a successful integration of the aquatic complex. They define the major orientations of the project's volumes, ensuring its sound integration into the urban fabric.
