Project overview
Project overview:
The swimming pool is composed of a learner pool, a 25 × 20 m sports pool with a movable floor, and stands.
This project sits within an existing urban logic and is set at the heart of a sports complex. The whole project is single-storey, compact and homogeneous, with opaque volumes and glazed surfaces composing modern, sober and value-enhancing façades.
A sustainable-development exemplar (HQE), notably with:
- solar thermal panels,
- planted roof,
- rainwater harvesting,
- wood-fired boiler room,
- welded stainless-steel pools (ZELLER)
Foundation stone laid on 30 January 2009 (press article)
Inauguration on 11 October 2010
