Project overview
Project overview: The Loches swimming pool is composed of a learner and leisure pool, a sports pool, a toddler pool, a water slide, an outdoor natural bathing pond and two cardio-training rooms.
The new Loches swimming pool integrates into its environment, both through its simple and gentle architecture and through the treatment of the natural outdoor spaces. The indoor aquatic spaces are complemented by an outdoor biotope-based natural bathing pond.
HQE project: cost rationalisation — 25% in energy and 36% in water compared with a conventional swimming pool, thanks to bioclimatic design, optimised filtration, innovative water and air treatments validated by specialists, sustainable and high-performance materials (resin, stainless-steel pools, timber, etc.)
