Project overview

Project overview:

This aquatic complex is composed of a sports pool, a learner pool and an outdoor 50 m pool sanctioned for international competitions.

The project mainly involved bringing the facility back up to technical standards (a complete overhaul of the water-treatment system, the creation of peripheral service galleries, and the upgrade of pool gutters to current standards). The architectural project consisted of fully rebuilding the entrance hall (improving the commercial appeal of the facility, upgrading accessibility), improving the circulation of the various user flows (public, schools, clubs and associations), addressing the overall acoustics of the pool hall and modernising the building's exterior through a complete replacement of the façades.

The cohesion and skills of the team made it possible to master and successfully deliver this particularly complex project, with a financial deviation of just 0.38% from the initial estimate.
