Project overview
Project overview:
The major rehabilitation of the Yves Blanc Olympic swimming pool in Aix-en-Provence is the first operation of this type carried out under a CREM (Design-Build-Operate-Maintain) contract.
The team's commitments deliver unprecedented levels of energy performance for this type of facility, while keeping within budget and providing a beautiful architectural image.
45% energy savings thanks to air-tightness equipment, the installation of a thermo-fridge-pump, heat recovery on greywater, the use of solar thermal energy and thermal pool covers.
37% water savings thanks to new filtration systems.
65% reduction in carbon impact, notably through fresh-air modulation and heat recovery on extracted air.
