Project overview:
The project is organised around an interior street that gathers the shared services (reception, meeting room, cafeteria). This central space directly serves the various rental areas: on the one hand, the office floors located on the entrance façade, and on the other hand, the workshops opening directly onto the service courtyard at the rear of the building. The two types of space are intentionally separated by a storage block, forming an acoustic and physical screen between activities.
